The gates at Belmont Park opened at 8:30 a.m. EST for the 142nd running of the Belmont Stakes and the first couple of posts for today's 13-race card is in the books. The Belmont Stakes is race 11 and is tentatively scheduled to go off at 6:32 p.m.
If you've got a bet on the Belmont Stakes, make sure you're near a TV well before post time as coverage on ABC begins at 5 p.m.
